I have stayed at Black Orchid Resort and can say that it is truly a great place to spend time in Belize. The close proximity to the airport makes it perfect base for exploring all the inland wonders of Belize, then either heading to the islands or the mountains in Cayo, all from a safe and easy to get to resort. Loved the nice big rooms and the food is great, especially breakfast.
